Agape Church LV Mission Statement

The mission of Agape Church LV is to preach the Gospel, witnessing, serve, and caring for one another with the love of the Lord, Jesus Christ.

Agape Church LV Statement of Faith

We believe in salvation through faith in Jesus Christ, who died for our sins, who was buried and raised from the dead on the third day, and that through His blood we have redemption and salvation.

Pastor Dr. Marvin and Dr. Michelle Chong and their children, Dr. Desiree Chong and Titus Chong

Pastors Dr. Marvin and Dr. Michelle Chong are ordained senior pastors for Agape Church LV, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. They both received their doctoral degrees in church practical ministry. They are currently licensed marriage officiants at Nevada Clark County, Las Vegas. As an innovative entrepreneur, Dr. Marvin Chong is also a licensed pharmacist and has taught at the full professor level at two pharmacy schools in the USA. They have 2 children, Desiree (Pharm.D) and Titus, who are also actively involved in church ministries.

The Chong family has served in various key roles in churches across America as deacons, elders, and pastors over the past 30 years. They have vast experience in children's ministry, campus ministry, church planting, care ministry, and have initiated several international missionary projects. Recently, as a family, they responded to God's calling to start a bilingual Mandarin-English speaking church in the Las Vegas community to proclaim the Gospel in this blessed city.

The mission of Agape Church LV is to preach the Gospel, witness, and care for one another with the love of our Lord, Jesus Christ. The Chong family believes revival is here in Las Vegas, and they are already living out what the Almighty God has for this city. They know - the almighty God loves the people of Las Vegas! Amen!

Ordination Ceremony

February 2025, Reverend Paul Shen and Helen Shen along with Senior Pastors of Agape Church, Pastor Marvin and Pastor Michelle Chong. The Agape leadership team was officially ordained in February 2025.
